MATERIALS:

Woven panels:

–-Oeko Tex sustainable cotton 

– Deadstock lurex fluffy pink, blue and purple yarns

-Deadstock Viscose silver tape yarn

Lining:

– Deadstock Satin ( Synthetic)

Backing:

– Deadstock Pink woven fabric (Mixed)

Fastenings:  

-Deadstock  duchess Satin Ties

– Metal hook and eye

 

FASTENINGS: 

-Fastenings can include satin ties or just metal hook & eyes.

– If you would like these removed please let us know when placing your order. 

-If you are interested in an alternative form of fastening please contact us directly as we love making your perfect garment.

 

SIZING: 

-Sizes available are XS-XL (approximately ranging size 6-20) 

-Please check our sizing information for measurements and information.

-Items come up slightly oversized so that it can be worn over larger sleeves such as puffed wedding sleeves. 

-If you are looking for a more tailored size please contact us about our bespoke service.

 

DISCLAIMER:

– Due to the nature of using deadstock materials exact colours and shades may differ, if you are looking for exact shades please contact us directly.

– Please bear in mind that this product is entirely hand crafted and may have slight differences e.g slight pattern placement changes.

 

CLEANING:

– Due to the delicate nature of the garment please use specialist dry cleaning or hand wash in cold water.

 

DELIVERY:

-Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, these orders will be sent out using Royal Mail tracked delivery and you will be contacted after your order with tracking details once the order has been sent.

-For orders under £100 postage is covered by the customer, 1st, 2nd and tracked Royal mail delivery is available at Checkout, we recommend tracked delivery as we are not responsible for parcels once posted.

 

RETURNS:

In the unfortunate event you want to return an item please read our returns policy below:

-Please note that returns or refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged by the customer due to improper use or improper cleaning.

-Return postage is covered by the customer for returns under £100 and we recommend you use Royal mail tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns, returns must be posted by 7 days after arrival.

-Please consult the sizing information on our website before ordering from us or if you are still unsure about sizing contact us HERE and we will do our best to help you find the perfect size.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

-Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on our made to order items due to the nature of production, if for the unlikely event you have an issue with an item itself please contact ashley@ashleyjessknight.com for more information.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund due to the made to order nature of the item.
