DISCLAIMER:
– Due to the nature of using deadstock materials exact colours and shades may differ, if you are looking for exact shades please contact us directly.
– Please bear in mind that this product is entirely hand crafted and may have slight differences e.g slight pattern placement changes.
DELIVERY:
-Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, these orders will be sent out using Royal Mail tracked delivery and you will be contacted after your order with tracking details once the order has been sent.
-For orders under £100 postage is covered by the customer, 1st, 2nd and tracked Royal mail delivery is available at Checkout, we recommend tracked delivery as we are not responsible for parcels once posted.
RETURNS:
In the unfortunate event you want to return an item please read our returns policy below:
-Please note that returns or refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged by the customer due to improper use or improper cleaning.
-Return postage is covered by the customer for returns under £100 and we recommend you use Royal mail tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns, returns must be posted by 7 days after arrival.
