Ashley took part in the Mayor of London’s Liberty festival 2022, a festival celebrating London based D/deaf and disabled artists.
Ashley’s work was selected to be shown in the multi media exhibition ‘Who We Are’.


Her piece ‘Bubble wrap’ is a double sided handwoven reflection of her chronic illness showing the craving of comfort that this condition creates with the varying textures showing the fluctuating nature of the condition.

The piece is handwoven using deadstock yarns, organic cotton and merino wool tops and is 150x40cm.
