WAITING TIME:
-The waiting time for this item is between 14-35 days once Denim jacket base has been confirmed, This does not include weekends and bank holidays.
MATERIALS:
Woven panels:
-Yarn made from Deadstock denim Material
– Deadstock Boucle yarns & Deadstock Fancy yarns
– Okotex Mercerised Cotton Warp
SIZING:
– We keep a range of base jackets in stock however are happy to source any size jacket!
-If you have a jacket you would like customised or would prefer to supply your own jacket just let us know!
CLEANING:
-Due to the delicate nature of the garment please use specialist dry cleaning or Spot clean.
DISCLAIMER:
-Due to the nature of using deadstock materials exact colours and shades may differ, if you are looking for exact shades please contact us directly.
Please bear in mind that this product is entirely hand crafted and may have slight differences e.g slight pattern placement changes.
DELIVERY:
-Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, these orders will be sent out using Royal Mail tracked delivery and you will be contacted after your order with tracking details once the order has been sent.
-For orders under £100 postage is covered by the customer, 1st, 2nd and tracked Royal mail delivery is available at Checkout, we recommend tracked delivery as we are not responsible for parcels once posted.
RETURNS:
In the unfortunate event you want to return an item please read our returns policy below:
-Please note that returns or refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged by the customer due to improper use or improper cleaning.
-Return postage is covered by the customer for returns under £100 and we recommend you use Royal mail tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns, returns must be posted by 7 days after arrival.
-Please consult the sizing information on our website before ordering from us or if you are still unsure about sizing contact us HERE and we will do our best to help you find the perfect size.

-Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on our made to order items due to the nature of production, if for the unlikely event you have an issue with an item itself please contact ashley@ashleyjessknight.com for more information.
If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund due to the made to order nature of the item
